Mustard greens are a sure sign that spring has arrived. Here is a great recipe for braising them with one of our favorite local brews!
8 oz Mustard Greens - Common Thread Farm - Madison, NY
4 oz Waddya Saison - Burried Acorn Brewing - Syracuse, NY
The zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon Blended or Canola Oil
1) Heat oil in a medium sized saute pan over medium heat.
2) Add greens and salt to taste. Saute until wilted.
3) Add saison and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
4) Remove greens from heat and add lemon zest.
